Where are your offices located? Do you offer remote or hybrid work options?
realtime is a fully remote company with employees across the U.S. While we’re headquartered in Miami, Florida, we uniquely operate without physical offices. Our team is distributed nationwide, and we prioritize flexibility, connection, and remote-first collaboration. While we don’t have strict time zone requirements, some teams may prefer candidates in overlapping time zones for easier collaboration.

What happens after I apply?
After you submit your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Our recruiters personally review each submission, and if your experience aligns with what we’re looking for, we’ll typically reach out within one to two weeks to discuss next steps.
How long does the hiring process take?
Most of our hiring processes take 3–4 weeks from application to offer, though timing can vary depending on the role and department. Either way, we’ll keep you in the loop at every stage—we know waiting can be the hardest part!
What’s your interview process like?
We aim to keep things structured, transparent, and human. Most roles include a recruiter screen, one to two interviews with the hiring team, and—depending on the position—a short take-home project or case study. The entire process typically takes 3–4 weeks from the first interview to a final decision. We want this experience to be as much about you getting to know us as it is about us getting to know you.
Can I reapply if I wasn’t selected before?
Absolutely! If you weren’t selected for a role, we encourage you to reapply—especially if you’ve gained new skills or found a position that’s an even better fit. If you’ve previously interviewed, we generally recommend waiting at least 3 months before reapplying.
Do you support professional development?
realtime is proud to support your growth and development. We offer education reimbursement of up to 50% of the IRS annual limit ($5,250) for accredited courses that help you grow in your current role or prepare for future opportunities. We also cover 100% of the costs for any licenses or certifications required for your job—with manager approval—because we believe investing in our people is key to our collective success.
Can I work for realtime if I’m based internationally?
Although realtime is fully remote, we currently only hire within the U.S. due to payroll and compliance requirements. With our business growing fast, we’re always evaluating opportunities to expand so please stay tuned!
